This is a little fan email to thank you for all the excellent help Shaws have given us over the past years in letting the above property.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Shaws who bear no resemblance to some of the less positive stories one hears about London estate agents!
Your efficiency and helpfulness have made it so easy for us, as we have not always been in London, and have felt totally confident in knowing that you are always there to help out when we have needed you to.
